Handing over graphic documents

• Data transfer possible via FTP server, e-mail.
• We process tif, jpg, eps, pdf, psd, ps, cdr, ai files.
• The minimum ideal file for interior printing is at a 1:10 scale, 800 dpi.
• The ideal file for exterior printing is at a 1:10 scale, 300 dpi.
• Vectors and bitmaps in PDF files should always be prepared as CMYK — do not save image data in layers or with embedded paths.
• Export the document without colour management.
• Prepare data to a clean dimension without bleed.
• Always convert fonts to curves before outputting, or attach them to the file.
• Before production starts, we send you a preview in .pdf format for approval (in case the graphics are realized in our studio).
