Our professionals will produce a variety of packaging types for you on die-cutting machines with the utmost precision. Whether it be simple paper boxes, more complex cardboard boxes or very specific customized advertising printed materials. We will also cut out various types of box fixings to your exact requirements, which will prevent possible damage to the packaged products during transport or other handling. Packaging is certainly not the only thing you will take away from our die-cutting machines. We can prepare other creative printed materials such as wobblers, contract folders, paper document folders, tags, labels, stickers, binders, brochures, flyers, magnets, playing cards in a box, calendars, company folders or even folders for annual reports.
So you already know what you get from us with shape die cutting. But you don't know how yet. The process of this technology, which is one of the key technologies in printing, is not complicated. The die-cutting mould, also known as the die-cutting die or die. This is produced specifically for each product. This mould consists of die-cutting knives, creasing knives and sometimes perforating knives that are seated in a base plate. The mould is then fixed into the die-cutting machine and the whole die-cutting process can begin. Pressure is set to press the mould against the die-cutting material and then the paper, cardboard or plastic is cut, scored or perforated at the appropriate points. We also have our own archive of dies that our clients can use without having to pay for its production. We punch to B1+ format.
Perforation is used for printed materials that tear off during use. These include calendars, tickets, various coupons, meal vouchers, tear-off pads or popular advent calendars. We can produce all of these products for you in our workshop/printing house. With millimetre precision.
Our die-cutting machines are ready for anything. From paper to cardboard, cardboard to PVC and harder materials. Together, we will make your ideas for the final product a reality. We cut shapes on a platen press, which also handles print creasing and blind embossing (so-called blind embossing), and we also have a digital cutting plotter that cuts any pattern into a sheet with dimensions of 800x600 and a thickness of up to 1.5 mm. The last machine that allows us to shape any material is a multifunctional industrial CNC machine. This is suitable for large-format 2D/3D milling of materials (stickers, paper, cardboard, leather, PVC, wood, aluminum or plexi).
